Information from client accounts
When we work with you, you may give us access to tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts or your website dashboard. We use that access only to deliver the work you have asked for.

Send invoices, service updates and other messages about your account
Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
Send occasional insights or offers, only where you have agreed to receive them
Protect our website and business, and meet our legal and tax obligations
We rely on your consent, the need to perform a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or a legal obligation, depending on the purpose. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website work and remember your preferences. We use:
Essential cookies, which keep the website secure and working properly
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, which show us how visitors find and use our pages
Advertising cookies from platforms such as Google, which help us measure our own campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on and manage ad personalisation in your Google account. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the website work.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed, with:
Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form handling, email, analytics and cloud storage providers
Freelancers or specialist partners working on your project, who are bound by confidentiality
Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
Government or law enforcement authorities, where the law requires us to
Everyone we share information with may use it only to provide their service to us, and must keep it secure.
Client data we handle
When you give us access to your accounts, we may be able to see information about your own customers or website visitors. In that situation you remain in control of that data, and we act on your instructions.
We access only what we need to deliver the agreed work
We do not copy, export or reuse your customers’ data for any other purpose
We return or delete any copies and remove our access when the engagement ends, or sooner if you ask
International transfers
We are based in India and work with clients worldwide. Some of the tools we use, such as Google services, store data on servers outside India. When your information is transferred across borders, we use reputable providers with strong security and contractual safeguards, and we handle it in line with this policy and applicable law.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:
Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, so we can follow up on the conversation
Client records, contracts and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 8 years
Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tool, usually 14 months
After that, we delete the information or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to client accounts, strong passwords with two-factor authentication where available, and regular software updates.
No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.
